We will examine the theoretical foundation of karma yoga and explore a possible way to put karma yoga into practice. Our study will be based on the principles of Vedanta and on the insights learnt from Swami Vivekananda's lectures and writings.

The Art & Science of Mantra Practice

This class will cover both the science and the art of mantra practice. Repetition of a mantra is appealing because of its simplicity. Yet there is a science behind the practice which can enrich our understanding, and there is an art to the practice that can make it more effective.
